This session is tailored to the individual and combines Swedish, Myofascial, and Deep Tissue techniques.
 
Deep Tissue Massage   Call for Rate  
Restores the body by focusing on tense, sore, fatigued muscles.  Deep Tissue Therapy is useful for preventing the build up of harmful toxins while enhancing muscle efficiency and endurance.
 
Neuromuscular Therapy        Call for Rate         
This technique is very focused deep work.  Neuromuscular/NMT re-educates the muscles and speeds recovery from workouts and injuries.  The muscle as well as the attachments are addressed.
 
Reflexology            Call for Rate
This treatment integrates warm towels and aromatherapy.  Areas on the feet are stimulated that correspond to different body systems.  This is an excellent option for those who prefer a less invasive stress relief option.

The perfect way to reward your staff.  This is a fully clothed seated massage done at your office or event which requires no oils.  Focuses on the head, neck and shoulder areas as well as the back.

The ionic foot bath helps the body detoxify more effectively and faster than herbal or fasting protocols with little or no stress.  The foot bath provides a comfortable way to rid the body of toxins.  Many people with pain, edema, and gout, swollen or deteriorating joints report considerable symptomatic relief from the session.
